- Check in time 12:00 noon and check out time is 10:00
- As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.
- No over night visitor allowed. Can visit only day time.
- Please inform to leave your room keys with us if you will be out of the guesthouse for more then 3 days.
- In case any damage is done to the property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Felix Villa will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
- The room cannot be used by more person than originally booked, if more person are admitted they will be charged accordingly
- Different rates in the peek season that is 2nd Dec to Jan 5th. No refund on advance booking in the peek season.
