What is the best time to visit … ?

Goa is a place to visit at anytime you wish. If you prefer trying different cuisines, party hard at some of the best clubs and relish water sports at the beach, a visit anytime between October to March if fine. The peak season starts in December 1st week to January 2nd week. However, Goa will take your breath away during monsoons, from June to September.

We provide bikes and cars on hire only on request.

How do I confirm my booking?

A 50% advance payment must be made on the total amount through a bank transfer (bank details will be communicated via e-mail). Once the amount is received, an immediate confirmation mail of your booking will be sent to you.

When do I pay the balance?

The balance is collected on the day of arrival.

 Is it advantageous to book early?

Yes. Being a small property, our rooms are on high demand with bookings made as far as a year in advance by our repeat clients. Therefore, it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment.

The long term room cost will be on discount?

Yes. we can always give a discount on long term guest.
